About Us


Carol Coyne and Kim Ochwat are Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches (INHC), yoga teachers, and are proponents of a plant based lifestyle. Specialties include raw, vegan, and gluten free desserts using organic ingredients and natural sweeteners. Carol and Kim were trained through PlantLab Culinary based out of Venice, California and are lovers of elegant healthy treats with an unexpected edge. 


As the founders of Earth Bakery, Kim and Carol have a passion for the environment and are committed to giving back 5% of all proceeds to environmental nonprofit organizations. They also love to donate their time to habitat restoration in the Southern California area.
